Amazing By Design —Christian Coaching Podcast for Women
What if knowing God was never meant to feel distant, confusing, or heavy?
Amazing By Design is a faith-centered podcast where women encounter God as loving, personal, present, and deeply accessible.
Here, we slow the pace and settle the heart—stepping out of the noise and making room for what often goes unspoken to be gently brought into the light.
Through thoughtful, honest conversations, we explore what it looks like to walk with God in everyday life—not through pressure or performance, but through relationship.
You’ll find room to breathe, to recognize how God has been near all along, and to discover that clarity, peace, and direction don’t come from striving—they emerge as we learn to respond from truth.
Amazing By Design is an invitation to rest, listen, and lean into what God is quietly revealing—one conversation at a time.
You are chosen.
You are loved.
You are Amazing By Design.

Can You Trust God When You Don't Understand?
There are seasons in life that don't fit neatly into our understanding.
Seasons where a door closes unexpectedly.
A relationship changes.
A plan unravels.
A prayer unfolds differently than we hoped.
And no matter how much we pray, think, or process, we can't seem to find the explanation we're looking for.
Looking back over my own life, I've come to realize that some of the deepest growth didn't happen when I finally understood what God was doing.
It happened while I was still living inside the questions.
What amazes me now isn't that I eventually gained greater clarity.
But rather…how faithful God was while I was in the wait.
The way He remained near even when nothing made sense.
I've learned that trust with God isn’t built through understanding.
Sometimes trust is formed long before understanding arrives.
And sometimes understanding never fully comes at all.
Yet somehow, God remains faithful through it all.
If you've ever walked through a season that left you asking "Why?" or "What now?" I think you'll find yourself somewhere in this conversation.

God Can Only Meet You Where You Are
Have you ever noticed how much time you spend thinking about how you should be somewhere other than where you are?
Further along.
More healed.
More confident.
More certain.
And because of that, I have witnessed that many women often miss what God is doing right in front of them.
They're the seasons where we believe we should be somewhere else.
I've noticed how easy it is to look at our lives and focus on what's missing, what hasn't happened yet, or how far we still have to go.
And when we do, we often miss what God is doing right in front of us.
Years ago, I found myself in a season that felt delayed.
Looking back now, I can see that what felt like waiting was actually preparation.
God wasn't withholding something from me.
He was preparing me for something.
Most of the time we measure progress by arrival.
But God measures progress by formation.
And that realization changes perspective.
If you've ever felt behind, stuck, delayed, or uncertain about what God is doing in your life, this conversation is for you.

Living From Who You Truly Are
There’s a conversation that has quietly lived beneath the surface of many episodes here on Amazing By Design.
What does it really mean to live from who you truly are?
In this episode, I explore the difference between living from who God created you to be and living from who you’ve learned you need to be.
Many women spend years learning how to show up in ways that help them belong, be accepted, carry responsibility, and meet expectations. Over time, those patterns can become so familiar that we stop questioning them altogether.
But what happens when the life we’ve learned to live slowly pulls us away from who we truly are?
In this conversation, I unpack:• Why so many women feel lost in their own lives• How self-abandonment can hide behind beautiful words like love, faithfulness, and responsibility• Why awareness changes everything• The difference between guilt and truth• How trust in God becomes real in everyday life• What it looks like to stop overriding yourself and begin living from who God created you to be
This isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about reconnecting with who God placed within you from the beginning.
If you've ever felt disconnected, exhausted, conflicted, or unsure of what it means to truly be yourself with God, this conversation is for you.

When Pressure Teaches You to Override Yourself
I’ve been reflecting lately on how quietly many women learn to disconnect from themselves over time.
Not dramatically.Not intentionally.But slowly…
Through pressure...Expectations...Acceptance...And the desire to keep peace in relationships.
And often, it begins much earlier in life than we realize.
In this episode, I’m sharing a personal story from childhood that revealed how easily we can begin evaluating ourselves through the lens of external approval — silencing parts of ourselves simply because they create tension somewhere else.
The discussion explores:• how pressure teaches women to override internal awareness• the emotional cost of constantly self-monitoring• why external peace and internal peace are not always the same thing• what begins to change when we become safe enough with God to be honest about what we’re actually feeling• how healing sometimes begins by reconnecting with parts of ourselves we learned to silence over time
And maybe most importantly…
What becomes possible when we stop viewing ourselves only through the comfort, expectations, and opinions of others.

When Life Requires Something Different From You
Sometimes life suddenly asks more of us than we expected.
A quick trip becomes an unexpected week.A moment turns into responsibility. And uncertainty unfolds in ways we could not have planned for ahead of time.
In this episode, I’m sharing a recent experience caring for my elderly parents after multiple unexpected emergencies happened within days of each other — and what that season revealed about steadiness, presence, responsibility, and trusting God in real time.
We talk about:• the difference between carrying responsibility and carrying emotional weight• staying present when life becomes demanding• asking for help without guilt• recognizing aligned strength• learning to trust that God may have already prepared in you what this season requires
And maybe most importantly…
What becomes possible when we stop abandoning ourselves every time life becomes difficult.

I Stopped Living Ahead Of My Life
I have noticed over time, that many women, myself included, often move through life mentally staying ahead of what might happen next.
We anticipate. We overthink. We carry tomorrow before it arrives.
And somewhere along the way, we stop fully experiencing the life we’re actually living.
That realization became very real to me during a recent overseas trip.
Somewhere between travel plans, family dynamics, uncertainty, unexpected moments… and even lost luggage somewhere between New York and Paris…
I noticed something had quietly changed within me.
I was no longer mentally rushing ahead trying to manage every possible outcome.
Instead, I was fully living inside the moment I had been given.
In this episode, I’m sharing some of the quiet moments from that trip and the deeper realization underneath them — including what it looks like to stay connected to yourself-with-God in real time, why peace often comes when we stop carrying things that were never ours to hold, and how life begins to feel different when we stop mentally living ahead of it.
And maybe most importantly…
What becomes possible when we trust that God is already present in the moments we have not yet reached.

Alignment Begins With Safety
There are moments in life when something feels off… but you can’t quite explain why.
In this episode, I share a personal experience that revealed something deeper about alignment—not as a concept, but as something we feel and live from.
As I was recovering from food poisoning, I had to slow down and listen to what my body was communicating…even when my mind was ready to move forward.
And through that process, I realized something powerful:
Alignment isn’t something we force. It’s something we return to—when we begin to listen again.
In this conversation, I walk through:
why we override what we feel
how safety impacts our decisions and relationships
what it looks like to rebuild trust—with ourselves and with God
how alignment begins, not with effort…but with awareness
This episode will gently help you recognize where you may be pushing past what your body, and your spirit are trying to show you.
And how to return to a place of steadiness, clarity, and trust.

When Obedience Feels Hard
In this episode, I share a deeply personal story about a season in my life where obedience to God required more than I felt I could give.
It wasn’t just difficult—it didn’t make sense.
And yet, it became one of the most defining moments of trust in my life.
We often ask God for clarity, but what happens when what He shows us feels hard to walk out?
In this conversation, we explore what it means to trust God in those moments—not by relying on our own strength, but by allowing His grace to carry us through what obedience requires.
Because what feels hard in the moment may be part of something God is lovingly arranging…even when we cannot yet see it.

Silence Creates Room For Capacity
In this episode, I share a reflection that has been forming in my own life over the past several months—the role silence plays in creating space for what God is doing within us.
In a world that constantly encourages movement, output, and staying busy, silence can feel uncomfortable…even unproductive.
But what if we’ve misunderstood it?
What if silence isn’t empty…but formative?
Together, we explore how constant noise and activity can keep us from recognizing what God is growing within us—and how creating space, even in small ways, allows clarity, alignment, and capacity to begin forming.
Because what feels like empty space is often where something meaningful is taking root.

What's Your Hurry?
In this episode, I share a recent experience that reminded me how quickly urgency can take over our thinking—especially when something shifts in our health or life and we feel pressure to figure everything out immediately.
But what I discovered is that urgency often makes discernment harder to access.
When our nervous system is rushed and reactive, clarity tends to disappear.
In this conversation, we explore why slowing down is sometimes the most important step we can take—not to avoid decisions, but to return to the calm and steadiness where discernment becomes possible again.
Because God doesn’t ask us to figure out the entire path on our own.
He’s simply inviting us to partner with Him and take the next faithful step.
